1. General

(a) Any offers made by us in the Service must be read subject to these Terms.

(b) We will offer each item of the goods and/or services described in this website for sale until a specified date or until sold, whichever first occurs at not greater than the price specified in the website for that item, via the Service, subject to these Terms.

(c) We will offer promotions and/or discount coupons from time to time as described in this website, at our discretion, until a specified date or until sold, whichever first occurs at not greater than the price specified in the website for that item, via the Service, subject to these Terms.

(d) Promotions and/or discount coupons are non refundable or exchangeable for cash or credit, transactions will not be varied for failures to apply these promotions and/or discount coupons.

(e) Prices displayed are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change by us. We reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints.

3. Our Liability to You

(a) This clause is not intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies applying to supply of the Service or the Products which you may have under the Trade Practices Act 1974 , Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or equivalent Commonwealth, State or Territory Laws.

4. Orders for Products

(a) Once an order for Products is placed by you through this Service, that order becomes binding.

(b) Due to the personalised nature of the Products ordered through this Service, once made, normally cannot be cancelled or adjusted. However, if you have placed an order in error, please contact us and we will assess whether in the circumstances we are able to comply with your request.

(c) We recommend you carefully preview the items to be ordered by you and the choices made by you for their production before ordering, and ensure you are satisfied before adding them to your Shopping Cart.

5. Delivery

We will ensure that within 14 Business Days of the receipt by us of your order for Products, that order is provided by us to Australia Post or another third party carrier to deliver to you. Ordinarily, express delivery of an order to you by Australia Post or another third party carrier may be expected within 2 Business Days (Australian urban areas). However we cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by Australia Post or by other third party carriers and make no promise to you that orders for Products will be delivered to you within that period.

6. Use of Digital Content

This means that you may view, browse through, and read the Content on your computer. 6. Damaged or Faulty Products and Returns and Refunds Policy

(a) If any Product ordered by you arrives damaged, is not of merchantable quality or the problem has occurred in the production of your order, you may have:

(i) rights to have the Product repaired or replaced or to receive a refund of the price paid by you for the Product; and

(ii) additional legal rights and remedies in Australia under the Trade Practices Act 1974, the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other rights which vary in each State, or under other consumer laws applying in each State and Territory. Nothing contained herein is intended to exclude or limit those rights and remedies.

(b) If your order arrived damaged, please contact us and quote your full name, order number, order details and discrepancy (you will receive this number after a successful transaction made through this Service).

10. Severability

If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or part thereof of these Terms to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable that provision or part thereof shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining terms and provisions of these Terms will remain in force and constitute the agreement between you and us.
